You are invited to a pair of lectures by Michael McCallion and David Muir of Compugraphics on the afternoon of Wednesday 10th February.  Compugraphics are a leading manufacturer of photomasks, based in Glenrothes less than 40 miles north of Edinburgh.  The talks are part of the IMNS Seminar Series in association with the Continuing Education initiative of the Scottish Chapter of the IEEE Electron Devices Society.

The first talk is aimed at those who are new to photolithography and will explain what photomasks are, where they are used and how they are made.

After a coffee break, the second talk is optional and will be more practical in nature.  It is primarily for anyone who has, or will be ordering masks in the future and will address the practical issues of the on-line quotation and ordering system. There will be opportunities to ask questions during each session.
